(Potato Cumin) Aalu Jeera | How to make Aalu Jeera

  (american measuring mug utilized, 1 glass = 250 ml)

5-6 medium size potatoes, bubbled

1 and half tsp cumin seeds/jeera

¾ container cleaved coriander clears out

1 green stew, hacked

½ tsp turmeric powder (discretionary)

¼ tsp red stew powder (discretionary)

3-4 tsp lemon juice

3 tbsp oil

sendha namak/rock salt for taste

Directions

1-peel the bubbled potatoes and cut into solid shapes.

2-in a container, high temperature oil.

3-include the cumin seeds and let these sizzle in the oil.

4-presently include the green chilies and broil for a moment.

5-include the potato solid shapes and blend it well with the cumin seeds and chilies.

6-sprinkle the turmeric powder, red stew powder and rock salt.

7-saute the potatoes for 2-3 minutes.

8-include the lemon squeeze and hacked coriander takes off.

9-blend the entire mixture well for a moment.

10-serve the jeera aloo h
